Description
Preparation:
It is made with the Damask Rose petals and Rock Sugar (Misri). The mixture of both is beaten up in large wooden containers and stored in food grade cans to soak for at least eight months. Then the organic rock sugar slowly dissolves due to the moisture released from the rose petals. Mukta Pishti (Pearl Calcium) is blended together and mixed in proper proportion with Sattvavihita’s special quality Gulkand.

You can add Gulkand in Rose Milkshake, Falooda, Paan, and even spread over bread or toast. It can also be eaten directly (a spoon or 2).
